I love teaching private, personalized yoga classes, 1 on 1. I find that to be the vehicle through which I can bring the most of what I do into one place. The sessions are tailored to your physical needs and desires, and provide all you need to blossom into your highest self (we never really need anything, but sometimes tools help people to allow their natural state of connectedness to become clearer). Basic life coaching and nutritional advice come freely if you'll accept it, Reiki is a part of every Shavasana (with longer Reiki shavasana's available, see below.) And, there are always a ton of free hugs and genuine loving interactions which will raise your vibration every time. {All services are currently being offered in trade for enthusiasm and love offerings}

Find it difficult to get to the yoga classes you want to take? Have you really wanted to practice with me and couldn't make the time work? Click the links to listen to the yoga classes, for free!
(Please note that the first 5 minutes is very quiet, but it becomes more audible as the class gets more meditative. Be patient if you have quiet laptop speakers, it will be worth the wait)
In time, I hope to have multiple video classes available as well. If you have the ability to come film for me, let me know, especially if you can capture more than an hour at a time.
Again, these are listed for free, but if each person that did the class donated $1 - $5 to the site, it would be a really great deal for you, and it would allow me to run more events and provide more stuff for free.
