Energetic bodywork is also available and will have a blurb soon. Reiki Treatments:Reiki is a system of hands-on-healing and relaxation that came out of japan at the end of the 1800's. Similar to all other forms of laying hands, Reiki allows a person to become a conduit for intelligent universal energy that helps a person to heal faster or simply relax and move beyond stress. Many times Reiki can also be used to take a person further into spiritual consciousness by helping them move beyond their blocks, be they physical, mental, emotional, or purely energetic. People learn to use Reiki energy through a process of attunement that is usually accompanied by a class. I am "attuned" to Reiki Master, meaning that I have spent time as a Level 1, 2, and 3 practitioner and am now capable of giving attunements and teaching others how to use the energy as well. Reiki is normally used in a quiet setting, with the recipient either in a chair or an a massage table, fully clothed. Some practitioners will only hold their hands an inch away from a body, and others will touch. I like to use both methods, touching the head, hands, and feet all the time, and sometimes other areas if there is a reason. Treatment at a distance is also an option, and is much faster, but often times the mind will not accept that anything has been done and will miss or negate the effects. Packages and referral bonuses are available, and there are a few trade options as well. The rates are all very flexible at this time, but the current basic rate suggestions are as follows:
30 minute Reiki Treatment = $30 45 minute Reiki Treatment = $40 60 minute Reiki Treatment = $50 Complete Reiki Treatment = $70 (up to 90 minutes) Distance Healing Session = First 3 are Free, after that, we ask a suggested donation of $10

Life Coaching, Dietary Counseling, and Private Expansion Work: Are you living the life of your dreams? The cost of Life Coaching, Nutritional Advice, and 1 on 1 conscious expansion services are currently run off of a sliding scale. Depending on how much you feel you can afford (based on your job, the food you eat, etc...), these services will cost you anywhere from $35-$70 an hour. - How to find good organic food
- How to read labels and avoid secret ingredients
- What to look for in strong produce
- What you need to buy to experiment with going Vegetarian/Vegan/Organic/Raw or moving to a diet of strictly Whole Foods (not the market)
The same sliding scale applies for these trips, but a minimum of 2 hours is charged the first time we go out. After that, we might just go for 30-60 min and I'll quiz on you what you want, why you want it, and be there for any questions that come up. AquaStretch AquaStretch, also known as Aquatic YogaDancing, is an assisted form of stretching exercise intended to help increase systemic flexibility, improve health, and psychological well being. When "Aquatic YogaDancing", the facilitator helps their partner stretch their body and encourages intuitive movement while maintaining the stretch. During the YogaDancing process, the partner "leads" the dance and the facilitator provides small amounts of supplemental strength or pressure to help increase stretch resistance. Created and expanded in the past 20 years by George Eversaul, an osteopath and leading teacher in the field of Craniosacral Therapy, Aquastretch is a deeply moving opportunity to allow the bodies deepest issues and limitations to find expression and release in a zero-gravity, warm aquatic environment. Using guided intuitive movement and light weights, the Aquastretch practitioner facilitates a gentle stretch letting the body lead the way, often moving in ways that a person has never thought of before! There are basically three different types of reasons a person might benefit from Aqua Stretch:
Health Enhancement and Pain Relief: For a few examples - lower back pain, hip/knee replacement, neck pain, tension headaches, anxiety, frozen shoulder, dysmenorrhea, and potentially for pre-natal care. - Increased Athletic Performance: Yogis, dancers, gymnasts and sports where flexibility is important.
- Personal & Spiritual Growth: Promotes deeper meditation and psychological development.
From my personal experience facilitating aquastretch, the main types of responses I get from people is "Wow, I can't remember feeling this good" and "everyone should get to do this". People often feel so relaxed afterward that meditation happens on its own, sometimes its even difficult to avoid it, even for people whose minds are usually overactive. At the famous Bellagio Resort Casino in Las Vegas, Aquastretch sessions cost $165 for 40 minutes. Loren Baum is offering a sliding scale of $25-$50 per session!
I was trained in Aquastretch directly by George Eversaul in his program at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. I am currently travelling and don't always have a venue or the neccesary equipment to properly facilite this work, but I am excited to help people and to teach interested couples and therapists when possible.
