E.F.T.

Over the past 2 years, I have been PROFOUNDLY impacted by Emotional Freedom Techniques, more often reffered to as EFT. It changed my world dramatically and continues to do so regulary. I occasionally hosting EFT event, and work privately with people on a regular basis. I'm currently doing 60 and 90 minute sessions by donation, and am usually happy to jump in and help out when trouble pops up for people around me.

EFT is a SELF Healing technique, meaning that once you learn it, you are your own healer, and best of all, it works on EVERYTHING: Physical pain, emotional trauma, mental blocks, and any issue you can think of. And, often it works in minutes. Please watch this 7 minute presentation below to get a feel for the power of this modality.

If you want guidance to get started using EFT, please feel free to call me and enlist my help in learning right now. Or go to the main EFT website www.emofree.com and download the official e-book on Emotional Freedom Techniques to really get an in-depth training.

Here's a quick video of EFT in action, as taught in its original format by creator Gary Craig.

Think all this tapping looks silly? Not sure if you believe it?? Here's a quick video on the science of EFT.

If you're ready to learn EFT, I recommend this introductory video. If you take the patience to go through this video, I am fairly certain that you will see noticible changes in whatever you're choosing to work on. Yes, it is repetitive, but repetition works. If you just want to get a feel for it, feel free to stop after the first 9 minutes, but I recommend going all the way through.

There are many other useful videos out there, and many other ways of utilizing the modality. One last video you might care to watch is a clip of friend and teacher Sonya Sophia filmed at Rainbow Gathering in Wyoming on the 5th of July, 2008. Sonya teaches EFT differently than in the above demonstrations, probing deeply into emotions and cultivating gradual acceptance while relying less on the technical side of the process. Many find this way more beneficial, and it seems to bring up deeper awareness of what to work on, however longstanding issues may continue to persist more if pieces of the original technique are missing or deempasized. Its all a personal process though, and I hope you choose to actively engage the journey of acceptance using EFT soon.
